Job Description
The Director of Client Success Programs (DCSP) leads the implementation of KnowledgeVision’s Client Success Mission, and is responsible for all support, training, and professional services activities in the company.
While much of the DCSP’s work during KnowledgeVision’s early stages will be hands-on with clients, this leader will, over time, build a team to support clients in several ways:
- through direct client interaction, both proactive and reactive;
- through the development of self-service training, learning, and best practices materials;
- through learning programs that encourage success and expansion of use;
- through a KnowledgeBase that is a comprehensive resource for both internal and external users;
- through subcontractors and partners who increase our functional and geographic capabilities.
